Congratulations to Hop Jack’s Featured Team Member of the Month, ZACH HOLMES!
Zach joined Hop Jack’s in April 2018 as part of the opening team for Hop Jack’s in Keizer, Oregon. Zach began his Hop Jack’s journey as a line cook with us and is now working his way through the front of house as a host, busser and expo. He has become a pillar of Hop Jack’s culture and has quickly become a leader in his short time with us.
Zach's favorite part about working at Hop Jack’s is that he gets to work with a great team around him. He also appreciates the support he receives as he challenges himself to learn more each day. As a host, Zach enjoys knowing that he is the first person a guest interacts with and the last person to thank them for coming in and dining with us.
When he is not working, Zach enjoys a Raspberry Pineapple Lemon Drop with Hop Jack’s boneless Buffalo Chicken Wings, with bleu cheese dressing of course!
Zach is originally from Alaska and along with his wife, enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring the various state parks that Oregon has to offer. They also love finding new places to shop and dine in and around Portland.
Despite being raised in Alaska, Zach has deep roots in Oregon. His great-grandfather was the Governor of Oregon in the 1950's, Gov. Robert D. Holmes.
All of us at Hop Jack’s appreciates the hard work Zach puts in every day he comes to work. He truly encompasses what a Hop Jack’s world class team member should strive to be and we are proud to have Zach as our Featured Team Member for August 2018.
Thank you, Zach!
